Having someone else work on a piece nullifies the 15-day money-back guarantee and lifetime exchange policy because these kinds of changes, if done incorrectly, can damage the jewels or the strength of the setting. Instead, you can return or exchange your purchase or have it fixed by us.

If you ever need to adjust the size of your ring, we're here to assist you. We offer free resizing within 15 days of your delivery date, unless resizing isn't feasible. After this initial period, resizing can still be done, but the customer will have to bear the shipping cost. Should the resizing require additional metal, resulting in a higher cost, that difference will be covered by the customer. Conversely, if the resized ring costs less than the original, we'll happily refund the difference to you.
