Entire Terms and Conditions: These Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy along with other Kumari’s policies made applicable to the Website from time to time, shall constitute the entire Terms and Conditions between Kumari, the Website and You with respect to Your access to or use of the Website and the Services thereof.

Assignment: You cannot assign or otherwise transfer Your obligations under these Terms and Conditions, or any right granted hereunder to any third party. Kumari’s rights under these Terms and Conditions are freely transferable by Kumari to any third parties without requirement or seeking Your consent.

Waiver: No failure on the part of Kumari to exercise, and no delay on its part in exercising, any right or remedy under these Terms and Conditions shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor will any single or partial exercise of any right or remedy preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right or remedy. The rights and remedies provided in these Terms and Conditions are cumulative and not exclusive of any rights or remedies provided under the applicable law.

Severability: In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions are determined to be invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, the remaining provisions herein shall remain in full force and effect and shall be liberally construed so as to effectuate the purpose and intent of Kumari and You as stated in these Terms and Conditions.

Relationship: Those accessing the Website, expressly agree that nothing contained herein shall be deemed to create any association, partnership, joint venture or relationship of principal and agent or master and servant or employer and employee between Kumari and You or to provide either user with the right, power or authority, whether express or implied to create any such duty or obligation on behalf of the other user.

VARIATION IN PRODUCT WEIGHT

The product weight and amounts mentioned on the website for jewellery may vary depending on the manufacturer. If the customer receives a product with a lower product weight than the value paid for, the company will refund the difference. Similarly, if the product weighs more than the price paid for it, the buyer will be charged an additional fee for it. The weight difference will be revealed only after the final product is completed. Similarly, the weight of gold, diamonds, precious stones, and gemstones may vary when the finished product is delivered after manufacturing.

JEWELLERY CERTIFICATION

All 18 and 14 CARAT gold goods sold by us have a BIS Hallmark indicating their purity. The BIS hallmark is an inscription made on the product, not a separate certificate. Our diamonds are also SGL and IGI certified, but they come with tangible proof of the same.

PAYMENT

For the orders which are shipped within the territories of India then the payment is required to be made and accepted only in Indian Currency i.e., INR for which the price would be MRP along with payment of CGST/SGST/UTGST and IGST, as per current applicable rates/taxes.

• In case of a purchaser using the credit card then the amount would be required to be made in Indian Currency Only (INR) for which conversion would be made accordingly and conversion charges may apply.
• We also accept payments through the Razor Pay gateway either by Your Razor Pay account or by using debit cards.
• As per RBI standards, we'll accept cash on delivery for orders under Rs. 49,999. If you'd like to return your purchase, we'll request your account details in whose name the billing were done to process a refund directly to your bank account.

RESIZING AND REPAIR

• If You want to resize Your ring, Kumari will resize it free of cost within 15 (fifteen) days of the delivery date, except in certain cases where resizing is not possible. (eg. Enamel, Ceramic)
• Beyond 15 (fifteen) days from the date of delivery, the ring can be resized but the shipping charges will be borne by You. This is applicable for orders within India only.
• If the resized ring costs more than the existing ring because of the additional metal used (gold/silver/platinum), then the incremental cost shall be borne by You to Kumari.
• If the resized ring costs less than the existing ring, the differential amount shall be refunded to You by Kumari.
• The sizing can be applicable only on +1 & -1 basis, if the size increases or decreases it will be considered as Made to order.
• Resizing can be possible only after the invoicing of the particular product.
• If for some reason, your product needs to be repaired, Kumari shall repair/replace the product for charges which would be determined by Kumari on a case-to-case basis.
• The weight and amount of jewellery indicated on the website may vary from product to product.
