For this purpose, you need to call our customer care team and they will provide you with the choices. We tend to use 14 karat and 18 karat real gold to create our jewellery across all categories. We have the SGL, IGI and GIA certification to authenticate our diamonds and jewellery. Furthermore, Kumari is an all-inclusive Hallmarked jewellery Brand.

We provide a one-year warranty for our jewelry items. If a manufacturing defect is identified, we will gladly repair it at no cost. Please be aware that in instances of customer mishandling, there may be a modest fee associated with the repair.

If there's any making issues, we'll repair it free of charge. For accidental breakage, we offer affordable repairs. If you're still dissatisfied, you can return the item within 15 days for a refund. Our 15-day Money Back Guarantee applies to all orders.
